Clinical Director
Dr. Janice Williams
Dr. Janice Crawford is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral level specializing in the treatment of children with autism in addition to Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Dr. Janice is the founder of Behavior Change Agents LLC and serves as the Chief Clinical Director.
Dr. Janice has been in the field of autism spectrum disorders and other exceptionalities since 1997. Starting out as a certified teacher, and progression to Behavior Therapist, she founded a passion for working with families impacted by autism. Dr. Janice has deciated her career to autism and ABA. She founded BCA with the goal of offering innovative ABA programs within a strong family approach.
QUAS-P
Jamaisha W.
Jamaish W. is a QUAS-P for BCA. Ms. Jamaisha is a native of Fayetteville, NC. She has a daughter Bria. Ms. Jamaisha started her journey of ABA almost 10 years ago but has been working in the field consistently for the past 4 years. She enjoys working with kiddos and celebrating each and every one of their winds. In addition to working as an ABA professional, she also owns and operates a sports program specifically for children with autism and other related exceptionalities. Brooke R.
Brooke R. is a RBT at BCA. She and her husband moved to the area in September of 2023. She is a part of a military family that has been lucky enough to travel and see the world. Brooke grew up and was raised in Banner Elk, NC in western NC! She has a spoiled rotten French bulldog named Murphy who is her fur baby! In her free time you can find her and her husband outdoors hiking, watching sports or I love to bake and cook! Brooke has been in the field of ABA for almost two years! "I love and am very passionate and dedicated to my field of work and truly think everyday we make a difference even if in the smallest of ways"and informative to keep visitors engaged.

Keely W.
Keely W. is an RBT here at BCA and also the Social Media Ambassador! Ms. Keely is from Clinton, North Carolina but moved to Fayetteville in 2018. She has been working in this field for a little over a year now and it has taught her so much! The one thing that keeps her going and motivates her is her career is seeing the progress in all of the kiddos she works with because at the end of the day, it feels like a reward. Keely enjoy every second of it!

Ms. Chakira is a United States Army Veteran. Ms. Chakira Served in the military for almost 5 years as an Aviation Operation Specialists at Fort Bliss,TX. Once back home in North Carolina, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and immediately obtained her RBT certification.

Chelsea
Ms. Chelsea is an RBT at BCA. SheI also works as a special education teacher, and is a student candidate for BCBA certification. Ms. Chelsea has worked with kiddos on the spectrum since 2014, and truly believe it is a passion that she was meant to find! Her favorite quote is, “they might not remember the things you taught, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel.”

Stephanie W.
Ms. Stephanie is an BT and has been working with those on the spectrum for a total of six years. She has worked with adults for five years and have been working with children for a year now. Ms. Stephanie has a six year old son, soon to be seven, who is a level one on the spectrum. Her reasoning behind working in this field is that she would love to see the change and the progress. A lot of people limit those with ASD but she believes they’re just as capable as neurotypical people. Not only does Ms. Stephanie believe that, but knows because she see it every day in her career.

Ms. Ayana is an RBT here at BCA. She is also the RBT Liaison, Lead RBT, and scheduler!
She is currently enrolled as a Professional Development student and has been in this field for a total of four years. When it comes to why Ms. Ayana does the work is because she thinks implementing true change starts with teaching it at a young age. Ms. Ayana also loves watching the progression and seeing it from start to finish.
